We saw that another guest arrived late and had a terrible experience. We notified that we would arrive 30 to 60 minutes after closing and the reception desk organized everything nicely so we could get into our room and finish the check in the morning after. Room is nice and my kids are happy when they saw the room. They had a very good first impression. It is a bit out and distant from the city center. But it all depends what you are looking for.

it smells extremely like probably detergent and i am allergic. The kitchen is not good, provisionally clean including a fridge, basic cleaning is missing here, the walls are extremely stained everywhere. the curtains exactly the same. The toilet seat is really bad, so I feel good, unfortunately, no 0%, rating and will never come back. no recommendation from me. The lady at the registration was nice but the lady on the phone couldn't change anything about my booking in a strange way!

Nice, very clean hotel located in a quiet area in the suburbs of Milan. The Metro Station is close, as is a branch of Carrefour Supermarkets which is located across a nearby roundabout and is open 24 hours. The staff were very friendly and keen to help. The City Tax was collected at check in, it came to 45 euros for 4 adults for 3 nights. We were on the 2nd floor and although there was a lift, it was rather small so we could not push the wheelchair in with me in it. Our room was close to the lift and was very well equipped with a very large sofa bed and a large double in the other room, close to a extremely nice bathroom with a shower, toilet and bidet. There were plenty of towels provided, cleaning was every other day. Nice supply of toiletries and soaps, if you needed extra towels, they were quickly supplied. There was free internet but it was pretty slow, especially when people were getting up or settling for the night. We used taxis to get around, which the hotel organised for us. To start with, they were very reasonable, but as time went on, the prices seemed to increase. We paid €24 from central railway station, where the airport bus had dropped us but the return journey cost us €43. The metre was set at 12 euros before the journey back commenced. We also arranged a taxi to the Monumental Cemetary, the lady driver had set her metre at 14 euros and it was more expensive than a similar journey the day before. All other journeys started at 6 euros, so maybe different companies. All in all an enjoyable break in a beatiful city.

Did not stay here, but I was disappointed as I wasted my time having to book and then cancel because my free cancellation interval was ending and all they could respond was "we will do our best" to my request to check in between 21:00 and 22:00. Planes sometimes arrive in the evening I believe in Milano as in other cities, and people still need to check-in and sleep somewhere. They acted like I told them I am coming with my pet elephant and want them to accommodate a room and elephant specific breakfast.
